Regarding the precautions to be taken with regard to children, whatever the Art'emi jewelry or accessory, it is not suitable for children under 36 months, or 3 years old. Baptism or birthday jewelry must be the subject of special vigilance on the part of parents. Art'emi is not responsible for any accident related to one of its jewelry or accessories.

Art'emi jewelry is made of resistant and quality materials. Some of them (such as bracelets with adjustable cords) are made to be waterproof. However, against time and wear and tear and by dint of "washing", Art'emi can guarantee nothing. The brand does not recommend that you swim with your jewelry if you want to keep it in good condition for as long as possible.

Art'emi draws your attention to seawater and sand in particular. The latter do not mix well with our creations and we do not recommend wearing them to the beach. Indeed, salt water and grains of sand could deteriorate your jewelry, or even scratch it.

Art'emi is an artisanal jewelry store, and it is therefore possible that some products, victims of their own success, will be out of stock. Our jewelry is made with high-quality, durable materials. The main ones used are solid silver, gold-plated and vermeil. To find out more about all the materials used (origin and characteristics), go to our material guide

If your art'emi product is damaged, you can return it to us for repair. However, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Before sending us your product, please let us know by email (info@artemi.be) so that we can tell you the amount of the repairs. 

However, if your jewelry is still under warranty and it is a defect on our part, validated by our experts, please let us know via this same email address or directly on our website. We will provide you with a complete and free repair service. 

Each piece of art'emi jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty upon receipt of proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our products around the world, no matter where you purchased them. In addition, in case of defects or unusual problems, let us know by email: info@artemi.be in order to discuss it together and see the procedure to follow.

Perfectly! All you have to do is send us an email at the following address: info@artemi.be, telling us which model it is and what element you would like to change/modify. Art'emi will then inform you of the price associated with this modification and the procedure to follow.

At the pool, the main effect of chlorine will be to oxidize your sterling silver jewelry. They will therefore tend to blacken or rust. At the beach, we tend to apply sunscreen while keeping our jewelry on. Unfortunately, sunscreens contain chemicals that can damage or tarnish your jewelry. But also think about the sand that could scratch your jewelry, so remember to remove it!

Do you have a small memory lapse and you don't know your finger size? Don't panic, art'emi comes to save you. It provides you with a small size guide (just for you) to know your ring size. It is valid for the lady, but also for the man! This is where it happens.

 

Customization

Art'emi's customizable engraved jewelry can contain between 10 and 35 characters depending on the model chosen. The Brussels jewellery store reminds you that you can not only have a message engraved, but also a design or logo at your convenience.

At the risk of some being disappointed, our engravings are not colored. Our medals are engraved with the tip of a diamond or laser engraved directly into the material. Here, color cannot come into play. 

You have just ordered an art'emi jewel, but head in the air that you are, you have forgotten to mention your engraving! It's a mess... But it doesn't matter. Send us an email on contact@artemi.be, with your message, logo or design, indicating correctly where to engrave it, as well as the typography to be used.

Yes, it is possible at Art'emi to engrave on all your jewelry or objects. However, it is necessary to contact us beforehand here.

Thus, a tailor-made quote will then be made according to the medium and the engraving. 

Yes, at Art'emi it is possible for us to engrave in Braille on your objects or jewelry, from the moment you send us your model.

Engravings of symbols or drawings are possible in our workshop. We would just need an example sent as a png file.

All Art'emi creations are carefully packaged in suitable boxes. You will find in each box the harmoniously presented jewel, as well as its certificate of authenticity and warranty. You can therefore perfectly offer the jewel in its original Art'emi box. You're going to make people happy!

Shipping & Returns

Our products can be delivered anywhere in the intergalactic world and for free! They are delivered by BPOST Belgium, which provides you with a traceability system for your shipment. 

In Belgium:

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. Delivered in 2-3 business days.

In Europe:

Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. Usually delivered between 5-7 business days. 

Outside the European Union:

Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Usually delivered between 7-10 business days. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees and additional fees charged by the courier company at the destination. Payment will have to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any costs once the package has been shipped from our Brussels jewellery workshop.

There is also a "next day" delivery option available on the quote, wherever you want to have it delivered worldwide. Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code to track your order. A signature is mandatory when delivered, so remember to be present on that day!

All of our creations are shipped 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment. In addition, there is a "next day" delivery option available on the quote if you want to be delivered quickly. You can then track your package (see question below). 

Of course! At the time of shipment, the reference of your package will be communicated to you. It will allow you to track your parcel online on the BPOST website.

Via Bpost: the delivery costs will be calculated according to your location when finalising your order.

Now that you have the jewel in mind, all that's left to do is to know how it will arrive in your little hands. There are different processes. Art'emi offers two solutions for delivery: 

• Have your parcel delivered to the delivery address that you will have to indicate to Bpost during the purchase process

• Pick up your jewellery directly at the company's headquarters only by appointment (contact@artemi.be):

In accordance with Belgian law, any buyer established in Belgium is entitled to notify the art'emi website that he renounces his purchase within seven working days from the day after the day of delivery. The buyer concerned must enclose a copy of his order or invoice in the package. The site will refund the price of the product within 14 days.

This provision will apply to any purchaser with identical protection in their country of residence.

Please note that products on special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products that have been the subject of a personalized or specific inscription at your request (in particular whose setting has been engraved or whose diamond(s) have been the subject of a laser or other inscription, apart from the certificate number), can no longer be refunded or exchanged once payment has been made.

Returns will only be accepted and will only result in a refund or exchange if our specialists confirm that the product is in conformity with the one that was sent, without damage, modification, or intervention of any kind.

The product must be returned in its original, complete packaging (original certificate provided, packaging, case, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.

Please note that products on special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a buyer exercises the right to the item, and the item meets the conditions mentioned above, we are responsible for the costs of returning the item to the sender. Trade-in is at the buyer's own risk and the product must not have been used by the buyer.

In the event of an exchange, if the new order is for an amount greater than the order giving rise to the exchange, the user must attach the payment of the balance to the exchange request. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount of the order, the user will receive a refund of the overpayment under the same conditions as those referred to above. Please note that Products with special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Repair, cleaning and sizing service

At Art'emi we give second life to all gold and silver jewelry. Whether it's your rings, bracelets, necklaces, chains, bracelets, earrings or brooches, we use professional techniques to restore them to their original shine. 

The cleaning of your jewelry involves:

  • Polishing
  • Rhodium plating
  • Ultrasound

The cleaning of your jewelry is carried out at least within 48 hours, but this varies according to the complexity and the number of pieces to be treated. 

To give a new life to your damaged jewelry, we offer repair services including the replacement of precious stones, cold welding, clasp repair or curb chain repair.
